I am searching for contractors that can create a backyard covered porch to my home in Cypress. They handled my concerns professionally and we wish this business the best. Even though this is a clear case of default we are going to refund their deposit minus the time spent with the counselor, my estimator, energy calculations, and survey. We will return the entire deposit minus $500 for the items noted. BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period.

It is true you can save a little money using Trinity Homes but it will cost you the same or more in the end. Their framing are okay but their painters are horrible and they use the cheapest painter SW sales. We already had the entire inside of the house repainted. The brick and rock work is subpar, we had rock fall off the front of the house and the brick job is horrible.
My special thanks goes to Contractor Dave Arnold, who saw to all the requirements of my new home. Dave Arnold truly went out of his way to make my home the great home that it is. He is very serviceable, and very reliable and highly trustworthy in every respect. I highly recommend him and Trinity Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.

There are pictures proving this fact. During the conversation of problem solving it is true that we spoke of painting the entire ceiling if there was not a color match. Perhaps you should reach out to the original contractor for a manufacturer brand of compound so that it is "a match". Because we do not have his contact information.

Home prices are constantly increased. Expectation to include additional costs and fees to every contract. Absolutely no support from management. You have to forward the office phone to your personal sell during lunch breaks. If sales slow, you will be blamed even though management offers no advice.
Look for ways to avoid fixing something. Had a stipulation in our closing documents and it’s obvious Trinity has no intentions on correcting. Trinity Custom Homes and the people I dealt with were great! They always treated me as a friend and a high valued customer!

The gentleman that we used is no longer there but he was not helpful at all. Our builder was a nice gentleman but there is only so much he could do. Once again, run away as fast as you can and get a professional builder with a good name. I have thought long and hard about the review I am about to write about the construction of my house with Trinity Custom Homes, Ellijay, Ga. I do not want this review to reflect negatively on the building supervisor, David Arnold. If it had not been for the efforts of David Arnold, I would not have been able to close before Christmas.
Make sure you get a quality inspection before buying a new build Don't buy a new Trinity Home assuming that it's been built up to code. I'm currently getting ready to sell mine, and I'm finding all of the problems that never should have existed in the first place. The insulation seems suspect in certain areas too, although without opening up the walls I can't tell for sure. It seems as if they've taken an awful lot of shortcuts in putting the house together. We live local, work local, and build local.

The owner/general manager, Jerry Bobak, is a total narcissist. He attempts to get people to resign to avoid paying unemployment. Discriminates heavily when hiring new employees. High employment turn around rate, like a revolving door.
